HOW TO COOK TILAPIA WITH GREEN BEANS AND LEMON JUICE


TILAPIA WITH GREEN BEANS AND LEMON JUICE
Ingredients to cook Tilapia with Green Beans and Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano, plus more for garnish
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper
4 6-ounce tilapia fillets
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 pound thin green beans or haricots verts
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
Juice of One lemon
Instructions
Step 1 to cook Tilapia with Green Beans and Lemon Juice
Blend the oregano, flour & parsley in a light dish. Flavour w/ salt & pepper.
Step 2 to cook Tilapia with Green Beans and Lemon Juice
Place a big frying pan over moderate-high ignite. Drag the fish in the flour mixture, shaking off the spare. Melt 3 tablespoonfuls butter in the skillet, and then sum up 2 fish fillets & cook ’til golden brown on the bottom, about four min. Flip and cook through, one to two additional minutes.
Step 3 to cook Tilapia with Green Beans and Lemon Juice
Carry-over to a plate & keep hot. Repeat with the remaining two filets.
Step 4 to cook Tilapia with Green Beans and Lemon Juice
sum up the green beans & garlic to the skillet and ready around two min. Season with salt and pepper, then add the tomatoes & make until just softened, around 1 additional min. Stir in the lemon juice and one-fourth cup water, and wrap up & cook ’til the beans are tender, about three more minutes.
Step 5 to cook Tilapia with Green Beans and Lemon Juice
Take Out from the heat and stir in the unconsumed 1 tablespoon butter ’til just melted.
Step 6 to cook Tilapia with Green Beans and Lemon Juice
Fraction the fish and vegetables among plates. Garnish with oregano.
