HOW TO COOK LOBSTER TAILS



LOBSTER TAIL

Ingredients TO COOK LOBSTER TAILS
2 whole lobster tails
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
salt to taste
ground white pepper, to taste
1 lemon – cut into wedges, for garnish
Directions TO COOK LOBSTER TAILS
Step 1 TO COOK LOBSTER TAILS
Preheat the broiler.
Step 2 TO COOK LOBSTER TAILS
Place lobster tails on a baking canvas. With a sharp knife or kitchen shears, carefully cut upper portion of lobster shells lengthwise. Tear apart shells slightly, and flavour meat w/ level amounts butter, paprika, salt, & white pepper.
Step 3 TO COOK LOBSTER TAILS
Broil lobster tails until lightly browned & lobster meat is opaque, around 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish w/ lemon slices to serve.
