How to Cook Oyster In A Pan


OYSTER IN A PAN



Ingredients to Cook Oyster In A Pan

    1 pint shucked oysters, picked through for shells
     2 tablespoons minced onion
     1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter
     8 eggs
     1/4 cup beer
     1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, optional
     2 teaspoons garlic powder
     1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
     1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
     6 slices bacon, cooked
     2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
     1 tomato, diced

Instructions:

Step 1 to Cook Oyster In A Pan

Drain & pat dry oysters.

Step 2 to Cook Oyster In A Pan

In a skillet, burned onions in butter  'til translucent, around 5 min.

Step 3 to Cook Oyster In A Pan

Sum Up oysters & ready 'til  edges curve, about thirty seconds. Take Away from heat.

Step 4 to Cook Oyster In A Pan

In a bowl, mix together eggs, beer, salt, garlic powder & hot  sauce.

Step 5 to Cook Oyster In A Pan

Pour Out egg mixture on oysters & make on little, stirring  until eggs are nearly set.

Step 6 to Cook Oyster In A Pan

Dust shredded cheese over top and cook  until eggs are ready, about fifteen minutes.

Step 7 to Cook Oyster In A Pan

Crumble bacon on top & Add Up  chopped parsley & diced tomatoes before serving. Season with  salt, if preferred.
